Written cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
Written cancellation 29 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the booking value
Written cancellation 2 days prior to arrival and anticipated departure: 100 % of the booking value

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the date of arrival. Please check out before 11 a.m. on the date of departure. Please note that according to law, we only accept cash up to €2,999. We also accept payments with credit card (Visa and Mastercard), EC-card, or ATM card.
